This is medium bodied yet rich and juicy full of deep dark berries and savoury spiced oak (18 months maturation in predominantly French Oak).
Made from Clare & Seven hill fruit. This wine is finely structured with blackberry and plum flavours with a hint of spice and pepper.
Balanced by good natural acidity and gently drying tannins.
Enjoy in its youth with suitably weighty dishes (BBQ aged steak is a classic!) or may be cellared up to 8 years.
