2013 Ten Degrees Sauvignon Blanc
The grapes were picked during the cool of the night, de-stemmed and pumped into the press. Only the best quality free run juice was taken off, cold settled then later racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast to enhance the Sauvignon Blanc varietal characters . Post fermentation, the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled.
Light green showing lifted tropical fruit aromas with flavours of kiwi and passionfruit; an easy drinking zesty style to enjoy on any occasion.
Delicious with seafood and light chicken dishes.
