Wine Companion 2013
A tightly wound jasmine flower bud. The initial aromatics of lemon verbena and nectarine are supported by background notes of toasted French and freshly baked bread.
The minerally palate opens with pure white fruit flavours which are reminiscent of nashi pear and lychee. Hints of vanillin, butterscotch and creme brule are carried by a fine acid backbone which refreshes the senses and restrains the generous textures.
