2011 Chardonnay Pinot
Our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were hand picked and then gently pressed as whole bunches to preserve their true fruit characters.
The 2011 Chardonnay Pinot was bottle fermented and matured on yeast lees for 24 months in the traditional Methode Champenoise.
It is a Vintage Brut; dry and crisp, with an elegant lingering finish. Each mouthful enhanced by the finest bubbles and delicate fruit flavours.
